Surfcoast began property management about 10 years ago. We manage Ocean Reef Villas, Ocean Club South Village, Fairway Chase and rental units at several other facilities including Chadham by the Sea, Castle Reef, Ebb Tide, Sea Woods, and Sun Beach Club.
